Sara has been coping with cancer since she was 6 months old, she has undergone radiation, chemotherapy and the amputation of her leg from the knee down. Now she is embarking on a new journey in life – University. Sara’s wish was to have a bedroom makeover by Jillian Harris, the co-host of Love It or List It Vancouver, one of my favourite TV shows. Children’s Wish Foundation Canada made this dream come true for Sara.
I wish Sara all the best with university and I am really happy to have been part of her wish. It was great to meet all the wonderful people at Children’s Wish and to meet Jillian Harris in person, her energy is infectious.
