Cris & Rhea had a winter wedding, just 9 days before Christmas, on December 16, 2017. Their red & black theme was very nice along with the Christmas decor.
The weather was beautiful for their portrait session at Queen Elizabeth Park in Vancouver. Followed was their ceremony at Faith Fellowship Baptist Church in East Vancouver.
The Filipino traditions were very interesting to watch and learn about: wrapping a veil around the couple, tying a cord around them, the husband giving gold coins to the bride, and the lighting of the unity candle. Each tradition is symbolic of staying together.
